From the age of 15, I have been involved in property investment by helping manage my family's student rentals in Plymouth. This hands-on experience provided an early and invaluable insight into the world of property investment.
Driven by a deep passion for property, I chose to specialize in project management. My career began with the renovation of a £1.5 million holiday home in Woolacombe, North Devon, a significant project that set the stage for my future endeavours.
Subsequently, I joined Yeo Valley, where I contributed to the development and enhancement of their property portfolio. My responsibilities included converting a barn into a holiday let and overseeing the construction of a new garden shop in their Organic Garden.
Eager to advance my career, I joined Berkeley Place in Clifton, Bristol. There, I managed the renovation of several Grade II listed residential buildings in Bath and Bristol for high-net-worth individuals, coordinating multiple building teams with precision and expertise.
Seeking to broaden my skill set, I transitioned into commercial project management. I currently serve as a client project manager for the BBC, overseeing the renovation of the Typhoo Tea Factory in Birmingham and facilitating the sale of the EastEnders site in Elstree.
In addition to my professional roles, I have pursued personal projects, including several buy-to-sell properties and a new serviced accommodation investment as part of a joint venture.
I am highly ambitious, with a goal to work with a small group of investors to generate substantial returns into the future.
